On Friday, we installed 3 new displays in the Children's Department. Unfortunately, only 2 of my pictures came out, so here is the evidence! We have an Alice in Wonderland board up for our Barnes & Noble fundraiser beginning Friday, November 19 and continuing through November 24, 2010. Purchases made in Barnes & Noble of Milford or online will help support the Library. More details available at the Library.
The second display is an intricate one starring Russian dolls and artifacts. It's fascinating to spend a few minutes looking at them all. Some were donated by staff members; others by Eugenia Cody of the Perry House. Hope you can stop in Saturday, October 23 at 10:30 to enjoy Russian stories in English for children ages 6 to 12.
